OPP's Regional Boards invested

The Regional Boards of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (OPP) were invested last November 30th.

After the regional boards election, held on the 15th of October, the Ordem dos Psicólogos headquarter received the presidents and other elected members to the swearing in ceremony. This protocol was presided by Telmo Mourinho Baptista, President of OPP, that, at the occasion, expressed his pleasure that “such an important step was being taken in the short time life of the Ordem”, adding that “the Regional Boards have a huge importance concerning the representation and defence of psychologists”.  

Among other competencies, the Regional Boards of OPP have an obligation to represent the Ordem in their respective geographic area, namely before the local public entities, act in the name of the nacional Board and manage the regional services.
