On the 4th of September, the Board of the OPP, represented by Francisco Rodrigues and Vítor Coelho, met with CONFAP (Confederation of Parents' Associations), with its manager, Hermínio Corrêa.

The main objective of this meeting was to tighten the relationship between both institutions so as to establish agreements and partnerships. Some issues of common concern were also discussed such as those related to the reduced number of Psychologists in Schools. Other issues, such as the matter of the teaching of Psychology by Psychologists not being permitted, and also the recent discussion on professional education were also covered.

CONFAP and OPP have a common concern in reinforcing the presence of Psychologists in Schools.
