What is digital transformation at OPP?
The implementation of the Digital Mobile Key (already available) is transforming the way members authenticate within OPP's digital services, providing greater security, accessibility and efficiency in processes. This impact is significant, as it directly contributes to the modernisation of services and increases user trust in the portal.
The integration of Professional Attributes (coming soon) with OPP's internal systems and external platforms automates identity and access management, delivering significant benefits for professionals, such as enhanced security, efficiency and faster access to services and platforms.
The availability of the Digital Professional Card in the ID.GOV application (wallet) (coming soon) will provide psychologists with a secure, practical and efficient way to prove their identity and profession, eliminating the need for physical documents. It has strong potential to transform services and introduce new functionalities.
The integration of Paperless Billing (coming soon) into OPP's financial and administrative management system will enable the automatic issuance and receipt of electronic invoices, ensuring greater operational efficiency and traceability, while minimising costs and environmental impact. It also has strong potential to transform services and introduce new functionalities.
