Symposium on municipal reform with Carlos Abreu Amorim

The meeting, promoted by CNOP and dedicated to the subject "Municipal Reform – from Local to Global", has been scheduled for the 13th of April, at the head office of the Order of Engineers.

The Conselho Nacional das Ordens Profissionais (National Council of Professional Orders) (CNOP) will promote a symposium with Carlos Abreu Amorim, politician in Parliament and university professor, dedicated to the topic ”Municipal Reform – from Local to Global“.

Carlos Abreu Amorim is a graduate, master and doctor of Law, and professor at Universidade do Minho and Universidade Lusíada. With a long civil and media participation, he has worked in various forms of media.

Since June 2011, he has been an independent politician at the Parliament elected by PSD and vice-president of this parliamentary bench.

The event, scheduled for the 13th of April, will take place at the head office of the Order of Engineers, in Lisbon (Av. António Augusto de Aguiar n.º3D, 1069-030 – Lisboa), at 5 p.m.
