The First National Congress of the Ordem dos Psicólogos (OPP) will have more than a dozen spaces structured for discussions. With these structured spaces, they intend to join psychologists so that they can present different perspectives of issues related to the profession.

These spaces were created to discuss and exchange ideas, and to present new perspectives about issues considered essential to the class. They thereby answer to the concerns of the members of the Order on issues which define the class. The Organising Committee of the Congress is working to extend the debate, on the online Congress, so that psychologists can present their ideas, before or after the session.

The Order is working on issues which are important to the profession, such as the creation of specialities, training, autonomy and professional assertiveness in certain contexts, among others. The structure of the spaces will have a strong influence on the discussion and will count on the contribution of names which are of reference in Psychology, but mainly those who wish to contribute with their perspective.
