The Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (OPP) is carrying out an innovative recruitment process in Portugal. Applicants who, through an entrepreneurial and creative attitude, grab the Order's attention will be called for a second interview, in person.

Participation is easy. The psychologist creates a video where, in two minutes, they present their profile and skills, and show that they are the right person to work with the Order.

The initiative is intended to create a task force, nationwide, to promote the opening of internships for the OPP, together with organisations, and also to facilitate the integration of psychologists in the job market

The Order is certain that many psychologists will sign up to this initiative. This can be a good way for these professionals to show their skills to perform functions which best suit their profile.
