The Ceremony for the Presentation of the Certificates to the Honorary Members of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses took place on the 18th of June with great success.

The event, which took place in the Romantic Garden of the National Museum of Ancient Art in Lisbon, began with a Reception for the 60 guests, followed by a Tribute Dinner.

The presentation of the Certificates and personalised silver pins to the Honorary Members Professor Dr Adelina Lopes da Silva, Professor Dr Luísa Morgado, Professor Dr Jorge Correia Jesuíno, Professor Dr José Henrique Ferreira Marques, Professor Dr Leandro de Almeida and Professor Dr Viegas de Abreu, was preceeded by a small speach, by the President, about those honoured, praising their contribution to Psychology, namely in research, the opening of courses, in publications, scientific societies, all of which are essential for the creation of an Order of Psychologists.

The ceremony was closed with music by the Joana Tavares Quartet.
