Applications open for four more editions of the training course associated to Professional Internships of the OPP

Applications for places for four more editions of the training course associated to Professional Internships of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses are now open, namely for the 4th, 5th and 6th editions which shall be held in Lisbon and the 3rd edition of the course to be held in Porto.

The 40-hour course covers several topics relating to the ethics and deontology of Psychology professionals, the situation of psychologists in Portugal, the role of entrepreneurship in our profession and ends with a brief discussion on project management.

The 4th edition of the course in Lisbon, shall take place at Centro de Escritórios das Laranjeiras in Sete Rios, on the following dates: 8th February (Tuesday, 2 pm - 5 pm), 9th, 10th and 11th February (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10 am - 1 pm; 2 pm - 5 pm), 15th, 16th and 17th February (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm).

The 5th edition of the course in Lisbon shall take place at Centro de Escritórios das Laranjeiras in Sete Rios, on the following dates: 8th, 9th 10th February (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6 pm - 9 pm), 15th, 17th, 22nd and 24th February (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 pm - 9 pm), 1st, 3rd, 10th 15th 17th and 22nd March (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 pm - 9 pm).

The 6th edition of the course in Lisbon shall take place at Centro de Escritórios das Laranjeiras in Sete Rios, on the following dates: 25th February (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm), 26th February, 5th and 12th March (Saturday, 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm), 18th March (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm), 19th March (Saturday, 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm), 25th March (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm) and 26th March (Saturday, 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm).

The 3rd edition of the course in Porto shall take place at RRMindCenter, Avenida da Boavista 1015, sala 303, on the following dates: 4th February (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm), 5th, 19th and 26th February (Saturday, 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm), 11th March (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm), 12th March (Saturday, 9.30 am -12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm), 18th March (Friday, 6 pm - 9 pm) and 19th March (Saturday, 9.30 am -12.30 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm).

All editions have 15 places and priority shall be given to applicants registered in the category for the recognition of the professional internship and recognition of professional experience of trainee members with 12 months recognised, due to the fact that they require a pass in the training course in order to become full members.

Applications must be sent by e-mail to cursoformacao@ordemdospsicologos.pt, with the subject "Inscrição Curso Lisboa4", "Inscrição Curso Lisboa5", "Inscrição Curso Lisboa6" or "Inscrição Curso Porto3", respectively. Each applicant must indicate their name and registration number with the OPP. In order to attend the course, payment is required of the amount which refers to the submission of the Internship Report, pursuant to the Regulation for Fees and Charges of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses.
