Further to the announcements made today by the Deputy State Secretary for Health, Dr.Manuel Pizarro, in which he admits the possibility of reallocating how psychologists work in the INEM, it is the responsibility of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses to clarify that the reallocation in question, must not prevent psychologists from taking immediate action during a crisis, contacting populations and/or by quickly and directly accessing the site of the incident, attending to victims in person and/ or over the telephone.
