As it is publicly known, the date for the mandatory registration of Psychologists (which is done through the website) is the 15th February 2010. In order to be listed on the electoral register and to be eligible to vote and be elected, candidates must ensure that the required documents are sent to the head office of the Ordem dos Psicólogos, in Lisbon and that they have the date stamped by the post office of the 15th February 2010. If this is not the case, the registration process shall proceed as normal, however, those registered shall not be eligible to participate in the Order's first elections.
