Due to the time it takes to obtain the original qualifications certificate from higher education institutions and with the aim of simplifying the administrative procedure, the Ordem dos Psicólogos (OPP) has obtained a favourable legal opinion with regard to the acceptance of duly certified qualifications certificates, pursuant to Article 38 (1), of Decree-Law Nº 76-A/2006, of the 29th March. This procedure comes into immediate effect together with the cross-referencing and validation of certificates via the lists of graduates/masters supplied by higher education institutions.
The Order reserves the right, whenever it deems necessary, to request additional information/originals to verify that conditions for admission have been fulfilled.
